Russia has since lost at least 989 of its best tanks in six months of war. The U.S. Army is second with 6,333 tanks, with about half of those in active service. China is third with an estimated 5,800 tanks.

It will receive another 15 systems before the end of the year.

Poland is also planning on signing a deal this year to buy another 500 HIMARS systems.

Poland announces it has signed a deal with the U.S. to buy 800 Hellfire missiles.

They will be used by the 32 multirole AW149 helicopters and 96 AH-64 Apache attack helicopters that Poland is also buying.

Poolakate Lõuna-Koreas (toodetav) ostetav HIMARS
The first piece of Poland’s new HOMAR-K MLRS system was presented today in South Korea.

“The Polish HIMARS” consists of the South Korean K239 Chunmoo being combined with the Polish Jelcz chassis.

Poland is buying 288 of these and another 500 HIMARS from USA.

Lihtsalt mainiks ära, et see 500 HIMARSi tähendab tegelikult neid moonakonteinereid, mitte laskeseadmeid. Neid laskeseadmeid tuli vist kusagil mõnekümne kandis. Üks põhjus miks ostetakse Koreast juurde olevatki see, et USA ei suuda piisavalt kiiresti HIMARSe toota. Korealastelt muidugi äärmiselt tubli töö nii kiiresti selle projektiga liikuda.

Another tranche of 6 K2 tanks purchased in has arrived in Poland. Less than a year has passed since the contract was signed and all vehicles are new straight from the production line.
In total, the Polish Army already has 28 K2 Black Panther tanks.

Poola kaitseminister Mariusz Blaszczak teatas, et loob Leedu piiri äärde, niinimetatud Suwalki maakitsuse jaoks uue sapööripataljoni.

Uue üksuse peamiseks ülesandeks saab idatiiva tugevdamine ja Suwalki maakitsuse kindlustamine tulenevalt geograafilistest väljakutsetest, topograafiast ja sideteede strateegilisest asukohast.

Esimesed sõdurid kutsutakse uude pataljoni juba tänavuse aasta lõpuks.
