Information appeared online that a hacker group Prana Network has hacked the servers of Sahara Thunder, the manufacturer of Shahed drones, and posted a large amount of documents, both technical and related to their supply to Russia.

As of now, the leaked documents reveal that:

In 2022, a $1.75 billion contract was signed for 6,000 Shaheds + hardware + software. Russia paid in literal gold; it shipped a little over 2 tonnes in bullion!

The purchase cost of the Shaheds from Iran is:
- about $193,000 per unit when ordering 6,000 units;
- about $290,000 per unit when ordering 2,000 units.

If production is localized in Russia, its cost for the Russian defense ministry should drop to $165,500. The production cost of the Shahed would be $48,800.

The starting price announced by the Iranian leadership was $375,000 per unit.

Internal Iranian and Russian documents with interesting information regarding cooperation between the two countries in the production of UAVs have been leaked online.

The published documents contain data on:

- Shahed-238 (M237) kamikaze jet UAV with satellite guidance.
- The same Shahed-238, but with a thermal imaging optical-electronic guidance station (MC 236);
- Reconnaissance and kamikaze UAVs Shahed-107B and Shahed-107C;
- Kamikaze UAV Shahed-101P.

In addition, the leaked data contains information about the places and methods of production of UAVs, concluded contracts, channels of their supply to Russia, transportation methods, etc. which is a colossal gap in information security.

The documents do not directly mention the type of product being manufactured. Instead, UAVs are listed in documents under a special code as "Dolphin 632 type motor boat."

According to the papers, by 2022, Russia intended to produce 6,000 Iranian UAVs under license at its facilities for 2.5 years.

The total price of the production contract, including the transfer of technologies, equipment, 6,000 sets of UAVs, software, is 108.5 billion rubles ($1.75 billion).

The joint grouping of the Russian Armed Forces in the south-western theater of military operations, excluding reserves, comprises six military groupings (ranged by numerical strength): "South (Yug)," "West (Zapad)," "Dnieper (Dnepr)," "Zaporizhzhia (Zaporozhye)," "East (Vostok)," and "Center." It totals 469,800 military personnel, 2,797 tanks, 7,218 armored vehicles, 4,843 artillery pieces, 1,142 multiple rocket launchers, and 48 launchers for ballistic missiles. There are 17 regiments and 18 separate battalions (detachments) in reserve. The reserves are primarily concentrated in the operational zones of the groupings and number up to 62,000 military personnel, relatively under-equipped with weaponry and military equipment.
