IDF Spokesman Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari announces new restrictions on civilian gatherings amid threats of an Iranian attack on Israel.

The Home Front Command guidelines prohibit educational activities nationwide, and restrict gatherings to 1,000 people. Some areas, such as near the Gaza and Lebanon border, stricter gathering restrictions already exist.

The IDF home front command announced a state of alert starting on Saturday at 11pm local time (4pm ET) and added that all schools and education institutions will be closed tomorrow - another sign for an imminent Iranian attack
