Eestiga seoses ehk kõigepealt Foreign Military Studies (FMS). Peale sõda sattus lääneliitlaste kätte hunnik kõrgemaid saksa sõjamehi, kellel lasti oma kogemused paberile panna. Kahjuks kannatavad need uurimused/mälestused sageli selle all, et kirjutajatel polnud kasutada sõjaaegseid dokumente ja nad pidid lootma oma mälule/personaalsetele paberitele. Samas olen näinud vähemalt ühte sõjaaegset kirjatükki esitatuna pealesõjaaegse töö pähe
