Three freight cars derailed in Russia’s Luzhsky district in Leningrad Oblast on the Stroganovo–Mshinskaya line. Governor Drozdenko confirmed sappers are on site and sabotage is being investigated. Rail traffic, including Siverskaya–Luga electric trains, has been disrupted.

Saratov oil refinery was targeted tonight by drones. Refinery has a capacity of 7mln tons of oil per year.

This is the second attack since 2nd of August, previously Saratov oil refinery was hit on 10.08.2025.

Ukrainian agents embedded deep in Russia launch an attack on a Russian military base near Vladivostok in the eastern-most part of Russia, killing several Russian soldiers.

Large explosions could be heard at a military base housing the 155th Separate Marine Brigade, which is a unit guilty of severe war crimes in Ukraine.

This morning, a series of explosions occurred in the village of Zhitovaya near a military base where the 47th Airborne Assault Battalion of the 155th Marine Infantry Brigade is stationed. This very brigade fought near Kyiv, Ugledar, Mariupol, and on the Kursk and Pokrovsk directions and is known for its cruelty to civilians and the execution of prisoners.

According to Ukrainian media, this was an operation by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense: There are dead and injured among the russian soldiers.

The russian authorities are explaining everything as a "gas device explosion," but the area is cordoned off, traffic is blocked, security forces are checking vehicles en masse, and military helicopters can be seen in the sky.

From Vladivostok to the border with Ukraine, it's about 6,500–7,000 km as the crow flies.

Fire at Russian Su-34 Airbase

A blaze broke out at the Morozovsk military airfield in Russia’s Rostov region. According to Krymsky Veter, the fire started in the parking area for combat aircraft and in the engineering battalion zone.

The cause has not been confirmed, but a drone strike is not ruled out — just a day earlier, the region came under a massive air attack. Governor Slyusar insists air defenses “successfully repelled the raid,” though the reported damage suggests otherwise.

The Morozovsk base hosts the 559th Guards Bomber Aviation Regiment, operating Su-34s and Su-30/35s. Ukrainian forces have previously struck this airfield — in August, explosions hit depots storing bombs and missiles.
