One of the suspected cases is a student who arrived directly from Rwanda, where he had contact with a confirmed Marburg case, according to Bild.
The second suspected case is the student’s girlfriend. Both developed flu-like symptoms during the train ride.
Around 200 passengers were on board the train, and police are working to determine which people came in contact with the suspected cases.
Five days ago, Rwandadeclared an outbreak of the Marburg virus.
There have been 29 cases and 10 deaths so far.
