Konverents Henriku Liivimaa kroonikast TLÜ Ajaloo Instituudis.
Kõik huvilised on lahkesti oodatud kuulama konverentsi Henriku Liivimaa
kroonikast, mis toimub Tallinnas 22.-24. mail.
"The Chronicle of Henry of Livonia: Crusading and Chronicle Writing at the
Medieval Baltic Frontier" on vaatamata juba mõnda aega rahvusvaheliselgi
teadusareenil kestnud Henriku-buumist esimene tervikuna sellele kroonikale
pühendatud konverents. Üritusel osalevad ettekannetega praegusaja
tuntuimad Henriku kroonikaga tegelevad ajaloolased, arheoloogid ja
kirjandusteadlased Skandinaaviast, Inglismaalt, Itaaliast, Lätist ja
Eestist.
Konverentsi korraldab TLÜ Keskaja Keskus koostöös Põhjamaade
Keskajauuringute Tippkeskusega (Nordic Centre for Medieval Studies).
Konverents toimub inglise keeles ja leiab aset 22.-24. mail 2008 TLÜ
Ajaloo Instituudis (Tallinn, Rüütli 10), auditooriumis number 1.
