Sweden's Armed Forces Command (AFC) is preparing to issue a directive to civilian and military personnel that promotes the use of social media as a tool for open debate on defense issues during working hours. The directive covers social and political blogs, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Wikipedia and Wordpress.
